Who we are
JOKERWAL BROTHERS (“we”, “us”) runs this website and is responsible for your personal data. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your delivery address.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, the payment method and the delivery status.
- If you create an account: your login email (or Google sign-in) and your saved addresses.
- Messages you send us, and reviews you choose to write.
- Basic technical information (such as browser type) needed to run the site securely.
Why we use it
- To take and deliver your orders, and to send order updates and invoices.
- To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer support.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.
We only use your data for these purposes. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only what each one needs to do their job:
- iThink Logistics and their courier partners: your name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Razorpay (payment gateway): to process online payments and refunds. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
- Google (Firebase) hosts our database and sign-in.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) analytics: only if you accept cookies on our site, to understand visits and measure ads.
We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use the browser's storage to keep your bag, sign-in and theme. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you tap Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). Other data, such as your account, is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it (we may keep order records the law requires us to keep);
- withdraw any consent you gave.

Keeping your data safe
Your data is stored on secure servers with access limited to the shop owner. Payments are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
