Our products
- We sell artificial (imitation) jewellery. It is not real gold, silver or precious stones unless the product page clearly says so.
- Product images may vary slightly from the actual piece because of lighting, screen settings and the handmade finish.
- Sizes and weights are approximate.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
- Delivery is free on every order.
- We accept online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking) through Razorpay, and cash on delivery.
- If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, the address can't be served, or the order looks fraudulent; any online payment is then refunded in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds by our Returns & Exchange Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Use of the website
Please don't misuse the site, place fake orders or copy our photos and content without permission. Our name, logo and photos belong to Jokerwal Brothers.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra.
